2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, submitting a Performa Invoice, downloading our brochure, or initiating any communication through this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to legitimate business inquiry and procurement of corrugated packaging products. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates Indian law or the laws of your country of operation.

4. Product Information & Quotations

Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and technical parameters published on this website are illustrative. Final specifications and pricing for any order shall be confirmed exclusively via a written quotation issued by us in response to your Performa Invoice or RFQ.

Quotations are valid for the time period specified in the quotation document. Prices may change due to fluctuations in raw material cost, currency exchange rates, freight rates, and government duties.

5. How Orders Are Placed

Orders are placed in the following sequence:

• Buyer submits Performa Invoice / RFQ with complete specifications.
• We respond with an itemized quotation within 24 hours.
• If a sample is requested, the sample is produced and dispatched for buyer approval.
• Upon buyer confirmation and receipt of advance payment (as per agreed terms), bulk production commences.
• Production is completed within the agreed lead time and dispatched per the agreed Incoterm (EXW, FOB, or CIF).

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed individually per order, and typically include:

• 100% Advance Payment for trial or small orders.
• 30% Advance & 70% Before Dispatch for regular and bulk orders.
• Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at Sight) for larger orders, subject to mutually agreed terms.

All payments must be made in the currency and to the bank account specified on the formal invoice. Bank charges are borne by the remitter unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chanalia Imports & Exports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or any product purchased.

Our total liability for any direct claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order to which the claim relates. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, port closures, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Chanalia logo, brand name, photographs, text, designs, graphics, brochure materials, and the structure and layout of the website itself — is the property of Chanalia Imports & Exports or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

10. Confidentiality

Information shared between you and Chanalia in the course of inquiry, sampling, production and shipment is treated as commercially confidential. We will not disclose your order details, designs, or specifications to third parties except as required to fulfill the order or comply with law.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or failures of public infrastructure.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to this website (or any portion of it) at any time, without prior notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to our business.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
